"Rice, urad and fenugreek are mixed in the right proportion, washed thoroughly and soaked in double the amount of water for 10-12 hours. After that, it is washed again and ground. After packing the ground batter, it is transferred to a cooler to control fermentation. Then the dough is stored in the refrigerator. It can be taken out of the refrigerator for one to three hours before use, cooked and eaten hot."
